Pictures..

if pictures are from other people's photobuckets, are we allowed to direct link? or do we need to save and re-upload?

It depends, if you have that person's permission to direct link then it's ok, but if you don't, you should re-upload it somewhere else. I think photobucket limits each account's bandwidth so using up someone's else's account bandwidth isn't fair.
